TEKCLEAN is a new patented Antibacterial product developed under the request for utilization in human spaceflight environment by the “Cleanliness & Bio Resources” department of Thales Alenia Space. It has been tested according ISO 22196:2007 “Plastics – Measurements of antibacterial activity on plastics surfaces”.

D-TEKBLUE is a FDA approved blue PTFE detectable using optical scanner, metal detection equipment or X-ray equipment, whatever the type of food has been processed. This ensures that each fragment can be identified rapidly avoiding critical food contamination.

PTFE G673 is a new patented stainless steel filled PTFE developed to overcome surface finish problems after CNC and mechanical machining of standard SS filled PTFE. Composed of a unique blend of PTFE and special SS 316L powder PTFE G673 defines new standard for PTFE compounds in terms of mechanical strength, toughness, elasticity, durability and surface finish.

POROUS PTFE Porous PTFE grades are produced from suspension PTFE powders and specifically they are a mixture of different particle size distributions and hardness degrees to achieve the desired level of porosity.

HIGH PERFORMANCE SEALING SOLUTIONS Special rings for all hydraulic applications where the PTFE compounds are able to grant high wear resistance, low friction even without lubrication, perfect sealing at low, medium and high pressures. Not only virgin PTFE, but mainly compounds with bronze, carbon glass fiber.

HIGH PERFORMANCE FLUOROPOLYMER MATERIALS Beside the wide range of the existing PTFE products, GUARNIFLON® developed the TEKSLIDE® products, PTFE compounded grades used in the processing of tapes, bearing tapes and machined parts retaining the usual and well known conventional PTFE advantages improved.

새롭게 특허를 받은 항균제품 입니다. Thales Alenia Space의 “Cleanliness & Bio Resources”부서의 요청에 따라 유인 우주 비행 환경에서 사용 할 수 있도록 개발하였습니다. ISO 22196:2007 "Plastics – Measurements of antibacterial activity on plastics surfaces” 인증을 통과 하였습니다.

식품 종류에 관계없이 광학스캐너, 금속탐지기 또는 엑스레이장비 등의 검사기에서 탐지 될 수 있도록 특수 컴파운딩한 청색 PTFE제품으로 FDA 승인을 득하였습니다. 입자(particle)를 빠르게 식별하여 치명적인 식품 오염을 예방할 수 있습니다.

CNC 및 기계가공 시 기존 SUS 충진 PTFE가 가지고 있는 표면 문제를 개선하기 위해 개발한 특허 제품입니다. PTFE와 SS316 파우더를 특별한 방식으로 혼합하여 기계강도, 강성, 탄성, 내구성, 질감 등에서 새로운 표준을 만들었습니다.

현탁중합(Suspension) PTFE 분말을 원료로 사용하며, 다양한 크기와 경도의 입자를 혼합하여 얻고자 하는 공극률의 제품을 만듭니다.

마찰계수가 낮아 마모가 심하거나 무급유 조건에서도 사용 가능한 특수 ring 제품입니다. 저압, 중간압, 고압 의 모든 조건에서 완벽한 밀폐특성을 제공합니다. Virgin PTFE 도 사용하나 청동(bronze), 카본, 유리 섬유 충진 컴파운드를 주로 사용합니다.

폭넓은 범위의 기존 PTFE 제품에 추가하여 개발하였으며, 테이프, 베어링테이프, 기계부품 등의 용도에 사용하고 있는 기존 PTFE의 장점을 더욱 개선한 제품입니다.
